Delivery methods and costs
We deliver orders within Poland. You can choose collection from a point or courier delivery to the specified address:

Free delivery from 100.00 PLN for each delivery method. You will always see the delivery cost when placing your order, before confirming it.
Order processing time
We will process your order once payment has been credited. We usually dispatch goods within 24-48 h. You can find the exact dispatch date for a given product on its page; personalised products, made to individual order, may require a little more time.
During periods of increased order volumes (e.g. holiday periods or the end of the school year), processing time may be extended; we then provide current information on the product pages.
Delivery time
After the parcel has been dispatched:
- delivery to a collection point (InPost Parcel Locker, Orlen Paczka, DPD Pickup) usually arrives within 1-2 working days,
- courier delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days, depending on the carrier and delivery address.
We will notify you by email when your parcel has been dispatched.
Payment methods
Online payments are handled by ING Pay, a payment service provided by ING Bank Śląski S.A., based in Katowice. You can choose from:
- BLIK - quick payment using a code from your bank's app,
- payment card,
- quick online bank transfer - you select your bank and log in to it directly,
- Google Pay and Apple Pay,
- PayPo - buy now, pay within 30 days (PayPo sp. z o.o. service).
The order must be paid for within 2 working days of being placed. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
